A system is a mapping across signals, in other words mapping across mappings.
In signals and systems terminology, we say that corresponding to every possible input signal, a system “produces” an output signal.
For an explicit description, it is possible to express the output at a point, purely in terms of the input signal.
In case the system has an Implicit description,
when the input is provided, we may not be able to calculate the output directly, it may need some mathematical induction to be done.
