Scanning Nonlinear Dielectric Microscopy (SNDM)
(Probe Recording on Ferroelectric Media)

SNDM images of multi-domain structures of a congruent LiTaO3 single crystal thin plate (CLT) at RH 12% and 78%. From the image, water layer increases sensitivity, whereas decreases lateral resolution. This shows that the image reproducibility is depended on RH in the vacuum chamber [7,8].
