Struture of Eukaryotic cell- The eukaryotic cell is much more complex and it contains many membrane bound organelles to perform specific functions. It contains a nucleus isolated from cytosol and enclosed in a well defined double membrane. A typical eukaryotic animal and plant cell is shown in Figure 3.2 and the difference between these types of cells is given in Table 3.2.
