Termination: Termination of translation occurs due to the stop codon, There is three stop codon (UAA, UAG and UGA) present. Out of these three when one of the stop codons appears in the A site of the ribosome it cause  termination because there is no tRNAs present corresponding to these codons, so tRNA is not  bind codon and cause termination.
