The ‘crush grip’ indicates tight and certain force applied (plate 12A & 12C), which is opposite to ‘soft touch’. The crush gripfunctions almost similar "grip". The functioning of crush-grip(plate 12B) involves a firm holding similar to handshake-type grip (plate 12D).Crush-grip operateson firmly holding against the palm and all fingers (plate 12D). A strong crush grip is useful in bone-crushing handshakes or for breaking objects with pressure.
