‘Enclosure’ as a paradigm has inspired man to create varieties of products. Fundamentally enclosure gives us a feeling of protection. It gives us concept of surrounded enclosure that would separate from outside world. Leonardo de Vinci’s study of infant inside the foetus is an excellent example of nature’s design to protect an unborn from the outside environment. It is indeed an extremely complicated mechanism that involves other paradigm as well. The infant floats, the crouching position, the position of the head, etc are part of the enclosed paradigm that is providing the protection.
