Valorizing the idea of harmony

Jeevan Vidya valorizes the concept of harmony. In fact the aim of the course is to convince that" TO BE HAPPY IS TO LIVE IN HARMONY IN ONESELF (SWATANTRATA), IN HARMONY WITH OTHERS (SWARAJYA) AND WITH EXISTENCE."

Ethics is basically about relations and Jeevan Vidya (JV) accords a great importance to relationships. It says that physical facilities are the necessities of the animal kingdom. They are not a complete set for humans. Human beings also need a right understanding in the self from which only right relationships and right creation and use of physical facilities follow (Figure 38.1).
