Noguchi’s Coffee Table (11A) has displayed an interesting concept of product design. The glass-top rests on a singly twisted leg has shown a new perception that is so modern! The technique of bending the wood has certainly helped to create such complicated yet simple light weight design solution. Van der Rohe's (plate 11B) steel and leather cushioned chair is a classic design that has remained popular even today. Its simplicity in design combined with curvature exhibits it elegance." The solidity of Gropius’s chair (plate 11C) in pure geometric shape is dominated by Pure Plastic art theory. It may not be the best in term of comfort however it proves its minimalist philosophy that emphasizes on simplicity in form and color. A modern study lamp (plate 11D) is designed on the basis of Bauhaus philosophy. The product reflects the modern style and use of material in its true simplistic form. The shining metal and the minimalist form have truly reflect the spirit of Bauhaus.
