Expansion and Contraction

We display our body expansion by starching our hands (plate 6A) to show our bigger size and control. Similarly by adding staircase we indicate the expansion of the house (plate 6B). The upper hemisphere changes its condition due to the expansion and contraction of temperature that produces storms (plate 6C). In the man-made world
Growth Paradigm is directly related to manufacturing process. Growth Paradigm is extension of Expansion Paradigm. Growth is the sign of living things. Similarly the building of a multi-storeyed building signifies the growth of the man-made structure. It is related to the manufacturing process. Hence, expansion and contraction is similar to ‘smaller and bigger’ paradigm that echoes the same spirit and characteristics.
