Course Name: Managerial Skills for Interpersonal Dynamics

Course abstract

Objective: The course discusses how self-management skills can be extremely attractive to employers. Next, it focuses on three types of work relationships every professional faces -- relationships with direct reports, peers, and bosses. Each of these relationships has rewards and challenges. The course discusses the characteristics that predict professional and personal success, as well as why some high potential individuals excel on the job while others derail. It also focuses on the student participation and the assignment work.
