Work Done

The summer internship experience was an intellectually stimulating and enjoyable one. I worked within the field of applied linguistics and my work during this period can be divided into two: preparation of language teaching material and proofreading. As for the first part, I worked on preparing language teaching material giving equal importance to grammatical aspects and writing components. The content compiled was grounded in a South Indian context. Concerning the second section, it involved editing different documents (assignments, lectures, and text transcripts) relating to diverse topics of applied linguistics. Altogether, it was an enriching and unforgettable experience where I could simultaneously do practical work and enhance my knowledge.
