My work and the experience
1. Analysed an industrial manufacturing process of a door panel and reduced the defects. There by increased the Sigma level from 3.49 to 3.67 using Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
2. Analysed an industrial manufacturing process of a threaded stud. Applied Shainin tools instead of DMAIC to identify defects and successfully identified the cause of defect.
3. Learnt and applied the concepts of Structural Equation Modelling with the help of a software namely IBM SPSS Amos and 'R'
4. Analysed and interpreted a hypothetical Structural Equation Model pertaining to the field of Healthcare, Productivity, Marketing, Student performance and teaching pedagogy and Human Resource using IBM SPSS Amos and R.
5. Learnt a lot about writing research papers, R language, usage of IBM SPSS Amos and received invaluable guidance from the guide.
