  The magnitude of the electric field perpendicular to the direction of drift velocity and the magnetic field is
 
$\displaystyle E_{\perp} = vB = 25\times 0.1=2.5\ \ {\rm V/m}$
  Thus the net electric field is
 
$\displaystyle E = \sqrt{E_{\parallel}^2+ E_{\perp}^2}= 5.59\ \ {\rm V/m}$
  The transverse potential difference is
 
$\displaystyle V_H = E_{\perp}w = 25\ \ {\rm mV}$
