Rotation about a Fixed point:

Now we will study the situation in which axis of rotation is not fixed, however it passes through a fixed point.

Note that Finite rotations are not vectors. To demonstrate it, the following animation is presented. Rotate the block by 90⁰ about z-axis and then 90⁰ about y-axis and see what is the orientation of the block.
