Limitation of state
There are obviously limits to which state can contribute to well-being of individuals or justice and perfectibility of society. Individual happiness and harmonious living depends not only on political factors but also on scale of living, technology, culture, religion, global conditions, and many other factors. Political revolutions, even where succeeded in creating a more egalitarian order, had to face resistance from family, religion and cultural institutions. In such situations people may feel happy about the economic and political nature of state but feel disillusioned and frustrated on other accounts.
