Stretching body is one of the common gestures that living beings demonstrate. We stretch for various reasons. Stretching exercises (plate 6B) are common to keep body fit. Stretching to break monotony and relaxation (plate 6B) is part of living conditions. Choreography (plate 6C) displays elegant gestures through stretching and bending.
