Because of our ‘bending’ and ‘flexing’ ability we are able to have various positions or gestures (plate 3). In each gesture our body has to perform special movement with the help of bending, flexing, stretching, crouching, etc. Various joints and our muscles help us to perform those difficult but possible gestures. All these gestures are part of paradigms.
