T is the tensile force in the anchor,

is the resultant earth pressure acting below the dreaged level for b heigth of the wall,

is the resultant earth pressure acting for (h+a) heigth of the wall.

The depth a to the point of zero pressure can be determined by equating the earth pressure on both the side of the sheet pile.
